01 Introduction

09 Data Retention

SSS77 retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following retention guidelines:

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account relationship with SSS77 and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• KYC and Identity Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification, or longer if required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.

11 Children's Privacy

The SSS77 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with the minimum age requirement for casino-style gaming under Philippine law. SSS77 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If SSS77 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that SSS77 may have inadvertently collected data from an underage individual, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 15.

12 International Data Transfers

SSS77 primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or identity verification services with global operations.

Where such transfers occur, SSS77 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law. 14 Changes to This Policy

SSS77 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the SSS77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. If you do not accept the amended Policy, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
