Processing times vary by account tier and payment method: standard accounts may experience processing times of up to three (3) business days, while VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members benefit from expedited processing as described in the VIP Club terms. SSS77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
A minimum withdrawal threshold applies to all accounts. The current minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your SSS77 account dashboard. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed until the balance meets or exceeds the minimum amount.
You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your winnings under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or any other applicable jurisdiction. SSS77 does not provide tax advice and makes no representations regarding your individual tax obligations.
SSS77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. SSS77 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where wagering requirements have not been met within the applicable validity period.
SSS77 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit from bonus funds; or any other conduct that SSS77 determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes an attempt to abuse the bonus system. SSS77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and terminate accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
VIP Club cashback rewards are calculated and credited in accordance with the SSS77 VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page. Cashback is credited in Philippine Peso and is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal unless otherwise specified.

SSS77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; or conduct that SSS77 determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or SSS77's reputation.
Upon termination for cause, SSS77 may forfeit any bonus funds, void pending bets, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, SSS77 will process any verified withdrawal balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your SSS77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
SSS77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
